The Hive Collective is a consulting agency geared towards all of your media needs. With a focus on the collaborative process, we love to work with our clients to develop multi-faceted video, images, and demonstrative aides to augment your arguments.

Montana B. Horowitz, Esq.
Montana graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University before attending Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, Montana had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at both the appellate and trial levels. Upon graduating cum laude, she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a prestigious society for law students at the top of their class.
Following graduation, Montana completed a one-year clerkship with a busy civil judge, during which she drafted a legal opinion that was published by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Throughout her career, Montana has focused on the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance defense, and civil litigation, handling complex cases on a day-to-day basis and preparing them for trial. During that time, she developed a particular skill in the creation of persuasive visual and trial aids, as well as the consolidation of data in complex civil litigation so that it could best be absorbed by juries.
In both her career and personal life, Montana has dedicated her time to advocating for those in need. Montana volunteers throughout the year with her local food pantry and community farmers market. She also advocates on behalf of her son Jacob, who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD in 2019.

Our Process
Step One
A complimentary consultation to determine whether working with The Hive would be a good fit. During this consultation we will discuss the basics of your case, cross-reference to ensure no conflicts exist, and talk about your specific needs.
Step Two
We will create dynamic and innovative media and demonstrative aids to assist in augmenting your legal arguments and damages. Automatically built into this stage is a review of the final product by a layperson for their honest and objective opinion.
Step Three
The last stage is a presentation of all media and strategy, as well as your review to determine what, if any, changes need to be made. This allows both parties an opportunity to check in, and for us to offer the additional service of an impartial sounding board.
